After a long period of waiting, Praye have released their latest singles. Praye revealed the titles of the two singles as ‘Adwoa Ataa’ and Wonti-Wonti”. This is the first batch of songs the group have released after their split in October on the Broom Entertainment label.
According to Praye Honeho, even though the tallest member of the group is no longer a member, Praye will still stand tall in Ghana and Africa.
‘Adwoa Ataa’ s a song that focuses on domestic violence. Praye explains that the surge in domestic violence and their upcoming campaign against domestic viloence inspired them to make the hot banger ‘Adwoa Ataa’ produced by Ephraim. The talented duo employed the ‘morals’ of the finest organised college groups in Ghana, the Vandals of the University of Ghana, the Casfordians of the University of Cape Coast and the Fellow of Katanga of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology aswell as Stay Jay aka Kojo Stylish. The song tells the story of a husband who abused his wife and advices against domestic Violence.
The other exclusive single, ‘Wonti Wonti’ produced by Kaywa, is also another rhythmical lyrically right club banger featuring the Nima trio V.I.P. and Dash. The song simply tells the story of wants and needs; ‘he who wants/needs doesn’t get and he who gets doesn’t want/need. The singles are simply with the right ingredients and could easily top the charts and win numerous awards.
