Sarkodie has axed himself out of the 233 Connect concert with T Pain at the last minute to concentrate on his own concert.The ‘U Go Kill Me’ hitmaker was due to play the concert on Thursday 22nd December, 2011 before performing again on Sunday 25th December, 2011 for his own concert.
Sarkodie fans have a chance to see the hip-hop star headline his own concert with help from Stay Jay, Kwabena Kwabena, Trigmatic, Castro, Obrafour and more.The T-Pain concert happening at the International Conference Center, The Dome on 22nd December has been postponed to 24th December.
Information reaching Ghana Music.com indicate that 233 Connect shifted the concert because they thought there will be low attendance since 22nd December is a working day.233 Connect will formally be releasing a press release to officially clear the air.
The promoters have assured Ghanaians that nothing has changed about the event and tickets are still valid from the sales points.
He has been touring many countries both Continental and Globally with his music, puting Ghana Music on the map. He still maintains quality rap flow culture, promises to deliver and never would disappoint his fans. A Twi rapper for that matter, he goes by the stage name Sarkodie.

Ghana’s fastest rapper, Sarkodie had a studio session with one of UK’s finest music acts, Chipmunk, Monday in London. Sarkodie who is currently touring the UK had an intense session with the young enterprising UK rapper in what close associates who attended the session described as the making of a track set to be one of the biggest tunes next year.
Sources in the UK told Myjoyonline.com that, the two had the session at the Paper4Life Studios and the track, although the title is still unknown, will also feature Jay So of Skillions Records.Apparently the session took place just about the same time Sarkodie was recording an endorsement for the T-Pain Live in Ghana concert scheduled for the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre on December 22. Sarkodie will be performing at that concert.
Sarkodie tweeted Monday; “Studio tym wif ma boy @ChipmunkArtist craazzyyy.. Baddest mcee.. Gh uk raah!!!”.Right after the session, Chipmunk also tweeted, “What a session in the studio man... Mud ting!!!!”.Chipmunk shot into prominence in 2008 when he signed a lucrative record deal with Columbia Records of Sony Music UK releasing several hits songs including Champion, which features Chris Brown, and In the Air, featuring Keri Hilson.
